About Our Company

Northwind Strategy Partners was founded in 2012 in Stockholm. Since then we have grown to a team of 24 consultants serving clients across Europe.

Our Story

The company was started by three former operations executives who wanted to do consulting differently. They believed that most consultancies focused too much on slides and not enough on outcomes.

The Early Days

For the first two years it was just the three founders working out of a small office near Slussen. Their first client was a manufacturing company that needed help reducing waste in their production line.

Growing the Team

By 2015 we had hired our first ten consultants. We focused on hiring people with real industry experience, not just MBAs.

What Makes Us Different

We are different because we have actually done the work ourselves. Most of our consultants have spent at least five years in operating roles before joining us.
